OAM Network Dinner 23 Nov. 2007 

 

The dinner co-host by OAM and Country Farms in its Bangsar Village outlet were well attended. The news that IFOAM Task Force members will be present attract the attention of the sector players. After having dinner Brendan Hoare, IFOAM World Board member from New Zealand present a short slide presentation on the development of organic sector in the Oceanic. Second presentation was deliverd by Louis Luttikholt who briefly introduced IFOAM as a private international body for organic sector worlwide. During Q&A session the participants showed interest in getting more information on how to apply for IFOAM membership. As of today there are only three Malaysian IFOAM members. Hopefully by next the number will increase.
